  • Maintenance Supervisor

    Greater Seattle Area, WA

    We are offering excellent opportunities for an enthusiastic Maintenance Supervisor that has great leadership style. As a Maintenance Supervisor you would provide maintenance and work with the Property Manager. You would be responsible for:

    Keeping Track of Expenses

    This is a working supervisor position. Therefore, you will need to check, troubleshoot and make repairs of items in the following areas:

    Other Building Maintenance items

    Requirements
    Must have previous supervisory experience. Pool experience preferred. This position requires personal contact with apartment residents. Proper conduct is essential at all times. Must maintain a high level of competency and efficiency in all aspects of maintenance operations. Must be capable of performing sustained manual labor. Position may require overtime, holiday and weekend work and being scheduled to be 'on call'. Must have basic hand tools. Ability to work at heights and in inclement weather. Must be able to pass a Drug test and driving record check that meets our insurance carrier’s requirements. Must have reliable transportation.   • Maintenance Technician

    Greater Seattle Area, WA

    We are seeking highly motivated, experienced, and energetic candidates for the position of Maintenance Technician. Currently we have openings in the following areas: Seattle, Des Moines, Oak Harbor, Sequim, Burien, Port Orchard, Tacoma and Marysville. Property maintenance is essential to every apartment community, and it is the maintenance team that carries out this vital role. The Maintenance Technician is an integral part of all preventive, corrective, and deferred maintenance plans.

    Responsible for completion of general maintenance tasks, including; service requests, turnover functions and curb appeal
    - Troubleshoot and repair most major and all minor mechanical systems
    - Complete all service orders with minimal call-backs
    - Ensure that the property is clean and free of trash, vacant apartments are clean and all common areas are well maintained
    - Work with and/or around paints, pool chemicals and other potentially hazardous materials
    -Provide professional customer service at all times

    Requirements
    High school diploma or equivalent minimum 1 year experience (100 units or more)
    Must be proficient in most areas of apartment maintenance including but not limited to: - Plumbing
    - Electricity
    - Painting drywall
    - Floor coverings
    - Carpentry
    - Locks
    - Appliances
    - Pools & Spas
    - Roofs
    - Life-safety equipment

    Basic computer skills and strong written/oral communication are required. Ability to function effectively in a customer service atmosphere and must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job. Must be available for emergency call duties and weekend work and have reliable transportation. Ability to speak, write and read English. Spanish speaking not required, but preferred.
